Front Office Coordinator – Hyde Park Dentistry (Noblesville, IN) Hyde Park Dentistry (formerly Hamilton Town Dentistry) is growing and expanding into a brand new, state-of-the-art office in Noblesville. We are a 3-doctor practice with a strong, team-oriented culture focused on delivering an exceptional patient experience. We are looking for an experienced Front Office Coordinator to join our team and grow with us. Location: 13675 Brooks School Rd, Suite 101, Noblesville, IN 46060 (at 136th & Brooks School, across from iTown Church) Schedule: Full-time | No evenings or weekends Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Greeting and checking in patients with a friendly, professional attitude Answering phones and managing patient communication Scheduling and coordinating appointments efficiently Organizing and presenting treatment plans Verifying dental insurance and explaining benefits to patients Collaborating with doctors and team members to ensure smooth daily flow Helping create a positive, seamless patient experience Qualifications: 2–3+ years of dental front office experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Knowledge of dental insurance and scheduling systems Positive attitude and team-player mindset Benefits: Competitive pay (based on experience) Bonus opportunities PTO Holiday pay 401(k) with employer match Dental care for employee and their family Scrubs provided Quarterly team outings Excellent work/life balance (no nights or weekends) We are hiring in preparation for our move into the new office, but are open to bringing the right candidate on now for training prior to the transition.
