Private Practice hiring Dental Hygienist in Phoenix, AZ

Registered Dental Hygienist (Part-Time | Mon–Wed | 7am–4pm)

We are a boutique-style dental practice in Phoenix seeking a skilled, personable Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team three days per week (Monday–Wednesday, 7:00am–4:00pm).

Our office is built around quality over quantity. We are not a high-volume, insurance-driven practice—we focus on delivering an elevated patient experience with attention to detail, strong relationships, and comprehensive care.

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and SRP as needed
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment recommendations
• Take diagnostic radiographs and intraoral photos
• Partner with the doctor to support comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical notes

Qualifications

• Active Arizona RDH license
• Local anesthesia certification preferred
• Experience is a plus, but personality is equally important
