Our dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Assistant to join our team of healthcare professionals.

• Job Summary:

  We are a private practice no HMO no PPO insurance , practice is limited to cosmetic dentistry, 2 treatment room setting

  We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. As a RDA / DA , you will play a crucial role in assisting the dentist during procedures and providing exceptional patient care. Your expertise in dental assisting, documentation, and patient assessment will contribute to the overall success of our dental practice.

  Duties:
  - Assist the dentist during dental procedures, ensuring the comfort and safety of patients
  - Prepare treatment rooms for procedures by sterilizing instruments and setting up necessary equipment
  - Take and develop dental x-rays as directed by the dentist
  - Prepare and maintain accurate patient records
  - Perform basic laboratory tasks, including pouring and trimming models, fabricating temporary crowns, and processing dental impressions and digital scans, Will train on scanners
  - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide post-operative instructions
  - Take vital signs and record patient medical history, including any allergies or pre-existing conditions
  - Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient flow within the dental office
  - Maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels

  Experience:
  - Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or relevant role
  - Proficiency in taking accurate vital signs and conducting patient assessments

  Skills:
  - Dental assisting skills to support dentists during procedures
  - Ability to maintain accurate patient records and handle confidential information with discretion
  - Proficiency in taking vital signs and conducting patient assessments
