Job Summary General dental office seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our growing practice. Our office is committed to providing exceptional patient care in a friendly and efficient environment, we are looking for someone who shares that passion. Experience is preferred but not required. The hourly pay rate will vary based on the level of training and experience. Responsibilities Prepare treatment areas Assist dentists during a variety of procedures Take and develop dental X-rays Follow all OSHA and infection control protocols Obtain vital signs and monitor patient comfort Review and update medical history Schedule appointments Treatment Plan Experience Previous experience working in a dental clinic setting is highly preferred. Familiarity with dental terminology. Experience with dental management software. Knowledge of infection control protocols. Certification in X-ray technology. Strong communication skills combined with the ability to work in a team centered environment will set you apart as an ideal candidate.
