Responsibilities Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and endodontics with precision and care Assess patient needs through thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate diagnoses and treatment options effectively to patients Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and dental office protocols Operate dental imaging equipment to capture high-quality radiographs for diagnosis while following aseptic techniques Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care Educate patients on oral health practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term wellness Experience Proven experience working in a dental clinic or dental office environment with a strong understanding of general dentistry procedures Hands-on experience with carestack is a plus Familiarity with infection control protocols, medical imaging, and aseptic techniques essential for safe practice Demonstrated ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and implants preferred Previous experience in providing patient care that emphasizes compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail Join us in making a difference by delivering top-tier dental care in a supportive environment where your skills are valued.
