What Weâre Looking For Minimum 3â5 years of dental assisting experience Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and clinical workflows Experience assisting with restorative, surgical, and endodontic procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of organization and attention to detail Self-driven with the ability to anticipate needs and stay on task Comfortable taking initiative and supporting team accountability Key Responsibilities Chairside assisting for a variety of procedures Efficient room setup and breakdown Instrument sterilization and tray management (primary responsibility) Taking diagnostic radiographs independently Assisting with temporary restorations Maintaining smooth clinical flow and on-time patient care Supporting a positive and professional patient experience What Sets You Apart Strong time management and prioritization skills Ability to remain focused and efficient throughout the day Confidence in clinical skills with minimal supervision A team-first mindset with a commitment to high standards of care About Our Practice We are a small but growing dental office focused on quality care, efficiency, and a supportive team environment .
