We know that not every great candidate is looking for the exact same schedule, so we are intentionally keeping this position flexible. We are open to someone who wants to work just 1 day per week , or someone looking for up to 4 days per week . We are also open to candidates who prefer York only , Hanover only , or a combination of both locations . We are a specialty periodontal office, but we also try to create a workplace that feels supportive, respectful, and team-oriented. This role is primarily clinical, but one of the things that makes our office unique is that there may also be an opportunity for optional front-office and administrative training for someone who is interested in expanding their skills over time. What we are looking for We would love to hear from candidates who: Have dental assisting experience Are professional, reliable, and patient-focused Work well with others and communicate clearly Are interested in a flexible part-time opportunity Have X-ray certification, or are otherwise qualified for radiographic duties X-ray certification is strongly preferred Experience in periodontics, oral surgery, or implants is helpful, but not required.
