Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) - Citracado Dental Group - Escondido, CA

Citracado Dental Group is a family-owned dental practice, focusing on 5-star patients experiences and high quality dental care with a friendly and supportive team! We provide a wide range of general dentistry services under one roof, and we are a high-tech office with CEREC machines, CBCT, and a 3D printer. We are looking for a dental assistant to join the multi-doctor team in our Escondido group practice. We are primarily looking for an RDA who can work Saturdays (8am-1pm) with additional days during the week. We expect a typical work week to range from 32-38 hours. Please contact us to learn more! Our office: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TH-MXgcytfk *Responsibilities* - Assist the dentist during dental procedures - Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments - Take dental x-rays - Provide chairside assistance to the dentist - Perform basic laboratory tasks such as printing or pouring models and fabricating temporary crowns or permanent crowns on the CEREC machine (training is available). - Manage patient records and update chart documentation - Schedule patient next appointments - Scan a patient's teeth and gums with a digital intra-oral scanner - Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment *Requirements* -Ability to work Saturdays half-day - X-Ray License - Familiarity with Open Dental is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal/teamwork skills - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and follow-through - Ability to perform patient assessments and take accurate medical histories -Prefer applicants who have an RDA license and/or are willing to pursue getting one (we offer some education reimbursement for our team members) If you are a dedicated individual with a passion for dentistry, we would love to hear from you.
