Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Poway, CA
We are looking for a highly experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who can seamlessly bridge both back office excellence and front office support. This is a unique opportunity for someone who truly understands the full flow of a dental practice and takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience.
This role is primarily clinical (back office), but requires strong capability and confidence in front office functions when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 10–15+ years of RDA experience preferred
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to anticipate doctor needs and maintain efficiency
- Comfortable supporting front office responsibilities, including:
- Patient check-in/check-out
- Scheduling and recall management
- Treatment plan presentation and coordination
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems and workflows
- Someone who genuinely enjoys their work and takes pride in doing it well
About the Practice
We are a high-end, out-of-network dental office focused on delivering a premium level of care and patient experience. Our practice utilizes modern technology and systems, and we expect our team to operate at a high level of professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Compensation & Schedule
- $35–$40/hour, based on experience and capability
- Monday–Thursday schedule
