Duties Perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental histories, to develop personalized treatment plans Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate diagnoses and treatment options effectively to patients. Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols consistently to ensure patient safety and compliance with HIPAA regulations Use dental imaging tools such as X-rays to diagnose conditions accurately and plan treatments effectively Maintain detailed medical documentation and update electronic health records using practice management software like Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar systems Qualifications Valid state dental license with current credentials to practice dentistry independently, Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to dental care Experience with four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and patient comfort.
