Leadership Responsibilities Help lead and support the dental assisting team Ensure operatories are fully stocked and running efficiently Assist the doctor during restorative and general procedures Help maintain clinical systems and workflow Support training and onboarding of new assistants Ensure sterilization and infection control standards are followed Maintain a smooth clinical schedule and strong patient flow Clinical Responsibilities Chairside assisting during procedures Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos Chart treatment and update patient records Prepare treatment rooms and instruments Support treatment presentations when needed Provide patient education and post-op instructions Qualifications Active Texas RDA license X-ray certification CPR certification 5+ years dental assisting experience Strong clinical skills and leadership ability Excellent communication and organization Ability to keep up in a productive, fast-paced office Ideal Candidate You are someone who: Naturally takes initiative and leadership Enjoys helping a team stay organized and efficient Takes pride in running a smooth operatory Wants to grow with a successful dental practice Enjoys creating a great patient experience Apply Today If you are an experienced Registered Dental Assistant ready to step into a leadership role , we would love to meet you.
