Registered Dental Assistant - Implant and Cosmetic Practice in Los Alamitos, CA

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who is confident chairside, detail-oriented, and looking for a long-term opportunity to grow with a progressive implant and cosmetic practice.

Ideal candidate:

• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Interested in learning and growing in implant and cosmetic dentistry

Responsibilities

• Chairside assisting for general, cosmetic, and implant procedures
• Setup/breakdown of operatories
• Taking digital impressions/scans (or willingness to learn)
• Assisting with crown/bridge procedures, cord placement, temporization
• Sterilization and infection control
• Taking radiographs (as needed)
• Maintaining a smooth and efficient clinical flow

Preferred Qualifications

• Active RDA license in California
• 2+ years of dental assisting experience
• Experience with implants, cosmetics, or digital dentistry is a plus
• Familiarity with intraoral scanners

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly rate: $30–$34/hr (Depending on Experience)
