Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, personable, and dedicated to delivering excellent preventive dental care while educating patients on maintaining optimal oral health.

Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing
• Conduct oral health assessments and document findings
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Assist dentists with exams and treatment planning
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all regulations
• Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols

Qualifications

• Active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of dental software systems is a plus
