Seeking Exceptional Dental Hygienist for Monday OR Friday at Private Practice in Mountain View

Our family dental practice is seeking an exceptional Registered Dental Hygienist for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.  1 day needed: Monday OR Friday.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for an energetic, easy-going and caring individual with excellent communication skills and a desire to build relationships with patients that help improve their oral health over time.  Necessary skills include hospitality, good time management, organization, and attention to detail.  

Responsibilities

• Ensure each patient has an exceptional experience.
• Scrub charts for the next work day, schedule next cleaning appointment.
• Verify medical history and other intake forms are completed prior to seating patient.
• Complete prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, or SRP procedures as scheduled (1 hour blocks).
• Take radiographs and complete periodontal probing as scheduled.
• Give patients feedback on their oral health, as well as customized OHI for their needs.
• Complete clinical notes.
• Clean and sterilize instruments.
• Turn over room for next patient.
• Be present for quarterly team meetings.
• Participate as a member of a team.
• Other tasks as assigned.
