We are currently searching for an experienced Front Office & Schedule Coordinator to join our incredible, heart-of-gold team! A self manager: Is able to thrive as the âgo-to" front office team member for a clinical team Is positive, upbeat and has a can do attitude Eager to learn, improve and be better than yesterday- growth is always outside of our comfort zones! Not afraid to ask questions, make mistakes, and try new systems Refrains from complaining to coworkers, participating in gossip, does not need to be babysat, no negativity (specific/strategic feedback welcome & highly encouraged) Can be counted on to lead out in a âgainâ mindset in the office 2. Top notch front office/computer skills: >3 years in a dental front office/admin position Extremely computer literate Familiar with a dental patient management system (we use Dentrix Ascend, but Eaglesoft, Fuse, Dentrix core, etc are all similar in utility) 3. Impeccable bedside manner/patient interactions: Committed to radical patient care- getting patients scheduled with restorative and hygiene appointments as recommended Comfortable and able to effectively present complex treatment plans Be a great first impression for new patients Willing to ask patient for Google/Facebook reviews to amplify our office reach 4. All hands on deck team player: Communicate/collaborate with admin team at both locations Works with team and doctor to achieve monthly goals Willing and able to cross train and assist with âall team dutiesâ such as: Answer phones Make follow up treatment calls 5.
