Latah Creek Family Dentistry is seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused individual to join our team as a Dental Front Office Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who is efficient, detail-oriented, and experienced in all aspects of dental front office operations. Responsibilities: Manage billing and insurance claims processing Manage insurance verification and eligibility Monitor, follow up, and resolve accounts receivable Coordinate treatment plans and financial arrangements Handle patient scheduling, including recall management Collect and post payments accurately Complete end-of-day accounting procedures Support marketing and public relations efforts Analyze and understand financial reports related to practice performance Qualifications: Previous dental front office experience required Proficiency in Dentrix Ascend required Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills Highly self-motivated, reliable, and trustworthy Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Benefits: Medical insurance Dental insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off (PTO) If you are looking to grow with a team that values professionalism, efficiency, and exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply.
