A private dental office seeking a punctual, caring and compassionate Dental Assistant to be part of their dental team. Candidate must love people and be passionate about Dentistry. Responsibilities Answer phones, verify insurance benefit, check-in, check-out, scheduling patients Take dental radiographs (x-rays) Prepare and sterilize instruments Educate and encourage patients in variety of dental and health-related procedures Perform various office tasks including maintaining dental supply inventory and routine dental equipment maintenance Maintain HIPAA, OSHA and State of Nevada compliance Maintain clean work area and general housekeeping MUST HAVE DENTAL ASSISTING EXPERIENCE Able to easily communicate with people Able to multi-task Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Experience: Dental office: 1 year (Preferred) Dental assisting: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
