We’re looking for a motivated Front Office Team Member to be the welcoming face of our brand new pediatric dental practice. As the first point of contact for patients, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience, while also assisting with insurance verification to ensure smooth billing and patient care. What We’re Looking For Greet and assist patients with warmth and efficiency Manage and optimize the appointment schedule Answer phone calls, confirm appointments, and handle patient inquiries Perform insurance verification for patients to ensure coverage and benefits are accurately processed. Support the dental team with administrative tasks to enhance office productivity.
