About Us We are a modern, private general dental practice located in the Potrero Hill / Mission Bay neighborhood of San Francisco. Our team is friendly, supportive, and focused on providing high-quality, honest care in a welcoming environment. We are currently looking for a Dental Assistant / Front Desk team member who is personable, reliable, and thrives in a dual clinical and administrative role. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth Assist chairside during procedures Take digital X-rays Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols (OSHA compliant) Schedule and confirm appointments Answer phones, texts, and emails Verify and collect co-payments; assist with patient check-out Keep clinical and front office areas organized and efficient Qualifications Current California X-ray license (required) CPR certification & Infection Control certification (required) Dental assisting experience preferred Familiarity with Dentrix (preferred) Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent chairside manner Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($25–$35 DOE) Supportive and team-oriented environment Opportunity for growth and skill development Modern office with great patients How to Apply Apply through Indeed or email your resume along with a short introduction about yourself.
