Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Stanford Ranch Family Dentistry â Sacramento, CA Stanford Ranch Family Dentistry is seeking a skilled and reliable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. We are a patient-focused practice committed to delivering high-quality care in a supportive and efficient environment. Schedule Monday-Thursday Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate: $27â$29 per hour Benefits package may include: Vacation, sick leave, and holidays 401(k) Short-term and Long-term Disability Key Responsibilities Provide chairside assistance to the doctor during a variety of dental procedures Fabricate temporary crowns Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories Take dental radiographs and assist with patient charting Ensure patient comfort and provide education as needed Perform all standard duties and responsibilities expected of a Registered Dental Assistant Qualifications Dental assisting experience required 2+ years of experience preferred Experience with Dentrix software is a plus (not required) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
