Job Title: Experienced Dental Assistant (DA) – Fast-Paced, Team-Driven Practice Location: Madison Family Dental Group – Fair Oaks, CA Job Type: Full-Time (32 hours) Pay: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour (DOE) About Us: Madison Family Dental Group is a modern, growth-focused dental practice serving the Fair Oaks community. Who We’re Looking For: We’re looking for an experienced Dental Assistant who can confidently step into a fast-paced environment and contribute from day one. You should be someone who: Has at least 2 years of hands-on dental assisting experience (required) Is positive, energetic, and reliable Can keep up in a busy clinical setting without constant direction Is coachable and open to learning , while already strong in fundamentals Takes initiative and ownership of their role Works well with both team members and patients Maintains a professional and organized workflow If you’re still learning the basics or need heavy supervision, this will not be the right fit.
