Scope of Practice You will be expected to confidently perform: Preventive and periodontal care (prophy & SRP) Surgical and non-surgical extractions with grafting Restorative procedures with strong efficiency Crown and bridge work Endodontics (premolars; emergency molar procedures as needed) Removable prosthodontics Schedule 3 days/week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday Location: Sunnyvale Practice Environment Consistent patient volume ( 8–14/day ) Full insurance acceptance (strong case acceptance opportunities) Collaborative and growth-oriented team Compensation Structure Guaranteed base: $800/day Production target: $2,400+ daily Performance bonus: $150/day for production exceeding $3,500 We are looking for a dentist who combines clinical excellence, strong communication skills, and efficiency , with a mindset focused on both patient care and productivity .
