What You’ll Do As a Dental Hygienist at Roligo, you will: Perform dental cleanings and periodontal therapy Conduct thorough oral cancer screenings (head, neck, lymph nodes) Take diagnostic records: X-rays, 3D scans, intraoral photos, and perio charting Record and review medical histories and chart conditions for diagnosis Apply fluoride and sealants to prevent decay Educate patients about oral hygiene and the oral-systemic health connection Collaborate closely with doctors to diagnose, arrest disease, and restore health Reappoint patients to support long-term oral health and continuity of care Maintain and sterilize instruments and equipment Who You Are We’re looking for someone who: Loves working with people and building relationships Is passionate about prevention and patient education Has strong communication and case acceptance skills Is comfortable with technology and dental software Wants to grow professionally and be part of a team that values excellence Is a Registered Dental Hygienist with a valid state license Education & License Requirements Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene (or equivalent program) Registered Dental Hygienist – State License (Required) Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance (with company contribution) Paid time off Family Discount Why Roligo Dental?
