Orthodontic Dental Assistant - Synergi Orthodontics Specialists - Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Weekly hours : 30-40 hours Monday-Friday (typically) Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour base pay. All new team members start at a training rate that is based on licensure, skill set and experience. Pay increases will be based on an increase in skill competency and as the new team member masters the Synergi Standards. There is a 6 week training program, and an additional 6 week audit period. If the team member demonstrates full competency, they would be at the higher end of this pay range by the end of the 90 days. Job Duties : Clinical Assisting, Digital Lab, Orthodontic Records, Training, Updated Standard Operating Procedures, Sterilization, Marketing, Equipment Maintenance, and more. Our office is fully digital, with a 3D CBCT, 3D Scanners, and a Digital Lab with a 3D Printer.
