We have an opening for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Duties: - Perform dental hygiene procedures, including dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing - Take and develop dental x-rays - Conduct oral cancer screenings - Administer local anesthesia - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide oral health instructions - Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft. - Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile working environment - Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive patient care Requirements: - Valid dental hygiene license in [state] - Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program - Knowledge of medical coding and billing procedures - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Ability to work well in a team environment Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
