Our beautiful, state-of-the-art dental office is currently under construction in Clayton, NC, and we are looking for an energetic, highly motivated Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator/Receptionist with an unwavering positive attitude to join us starting in early June 2026. What We’re Looking For: At least one year of prior dental experience is requested. A True People Person: You must be incredibly personable, empathetic, and possess a consistently positive attitude. Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as you will be managing phones, scheduling, and patient interactions. Organized & Timely: Consistent habits in organization, multitasking, and keeping the daily schedule running smoothly. A Team Player: Willingness to help in other areas of the practice as we grow, including social media or grassroots marketing. Bonus: Prior knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus, but not required! We will provide full training prior to opening.
