Compensation & Benefits ● Competitive hourly pay: $24–$32/hr (DOE) ● Monthly Health Allowance ● Paid Time Off, Sick Time ● IRA with employer contribution ● Paid Holidays ● Consistent schedule Your Role As a Dental Assistant at Legacy Endodontics, you will play a key role in supporting high-quality endodontic care by creating a calm, efficient, and positive experience for our patients. Key Responsibilities ● Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials according to protocol ● Welcome and comfort patients throughout their visit ● Take high-quality diagnostic dental x-rays ● Assist the doctor chairside during endodontic procedures ● Anticipate doctor and patient needs during treatment ● Maintain accurate clinical notes and documentation ● Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety standards ● Monitor and manage dental supplies and equipment ● Contribute positively to team culture and daily workflow What We’re Looking For ● Dental Assistant certification required ● X-ray certification required ● 2+ years of dental assisting experience ● Endodontic experience a plus, but not required ● Strong communication skills and calm chairside presence ● Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused ● Comfortable in a specialty environment and eager to learn You’ll do well at Legacy if you: ● Enjoy being part of a small, supportive team ● Want to deepen your clinical skills in a specialty practice ● Value consistency, organization, and mutual respect ● Are ready for your next professional “home,” not just another job Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Experience: Dental assisting: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
