Key Responsibilities: Insurance Coordination: Extensive knowledge of dental PPO plans, verifying benefits, and accurately calculating patient co-pays. Patient Advocacy: Serving as the first point of contact, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to checkout. Schedule Management: Efficiently managing a busy multi-provider schedule to maximize productivity and patient flow. Treatment Presentation: Confidently explaining dental procedures and financial options to patients. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2+ years of dental front office experience (Required). Expertise: Deep understanding of dental coding, insurance billing, and claims processing. Professionalism: Exceptional communication skills and a polished, welcoming demeanor.
