About the Role We're hiring an experienced Orthodontic Assistant who has worked directly inside an orthodontic practice. This is not a general dental assisting role — we need someone who already knows orthodontics: the workflows, the appliances, the chair-side pace, and the clinical precision that ortho demands. If your ortho experience was a small slice of a general dentistry job, this likely isn't the right fit. If orthodontics is your specialty, we'd love to meet you!
