What You’ll Do Curate the Guest Experience: Ensure every patient feels heard, safe, and valued from the moment they walk in. Clinical Collaboration: Assist our doctors with advanced procedures, including IV sedation, oral surgery, and sleep apnea therapy. Maintain the "Flow": Use your organizational skills to keep the office efficient (think Lean/Six Sigma) without ever rushing the patient. Cross-Functional Support: Jump in to help on the phones or at the front desk when the team needs a hand. The Ideal Modern Candidate Required: High School Diploma/GED and a current BLS/CPR (Basic Life Support) w/ AED training certificate from the American Heart Association. Can not be online only. Must have in person component. Desired (But we will help you get there): Radiologic Certification, EFDA, or Restorative certification.
