About the Role: We are seeking a Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our clinical team and support our doctors in delivering excellent care to children of all ages. This role is specifically designed for recent dental assisting graduates that have finished externship who are ready to transition into a pediatric clinical setting. No prior pediatric experience is required. what matters most is willingness to learn, consistency, and the ability to function in a, fast-paced environment. This is a training-supported position with hands-on development provided by our clinical trainer. Key Responsibilities Assist chairside during pediatric dental procedures Prepare and break down treatment rooms between patients Take dental X-rays as needed Maintain sterilization standards and follow OSHA/CDC protocols Support patient flow in a high-volume clinical schedule Help create a calm and positive experience for children and families Work closely with the clinical team to maintain an organized, efficient day Qualifications Completion of a dental assisting program and externship is required New graduates encouraged to apply Comfortable working in a, fast-paced pediatric environment Ability to follow instructions and clinical protocols consistently Strong communication skills with children, parents, and team members Professional behavior, reliability, and punctual attendance Willingness to learn and develop clinical skills through hands-on training Training & Growth Full hands-on clinical training is provided by our in-office trainer.
