We are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist who takes pride in their work and enjoys being a part of a close-knit team. Duties Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and floride treatments Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options tailored to their needs Assist with dental procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques to ensure efficiency and comfort for both patients and the dental team Take and interpret medical imaging such as X-rays while adhering to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient records, treatment notes, medical histories, and consent forms in compliance with HIPAA regulations Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care, and preventative treatment options Skills Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) licence in Ohio Strong clinical skills and attention to detail Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team excellent communication and patient education skills Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on patient comfort Experience with digital charting (Open Dental preferred but not required) Reliable, organized, and able to manage time efficiently What We Offer Supportive, family-oriented work environment Consistent Schedule with some flexibility and steady patient flow 401(k) with an employer match (up to 3%) Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
