Our office is positive, collaborative, and focused on creating a great experience for kids and their families. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being part of a close-knit team, takes pride in their work, and brings a great attitude every day. What You’ll Love About This Role Boutique Private Practice: We are a single-doctor-owned office, not a corporate chain. You’ll work directly with Dr. Cordero-Ricardo in an environment where your voice is heard and patients are treated like family, not numbers. 4-Day Work Week (30–35 hours): A consistent, predictable schedule with no evenings or weekends—ever. Quarterly Wellness Stipend: A dedicated allowance every three months to support your personal health, whether that’s fitness, mental health, or specialized wellness expenses. Paid Time Off: Enjoy paid holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s) and accrued vacation time. Supportive, Low-Stress Culture: Join a team that genuinely enjoys working together in a modern, state-of-the-art office designed for comfort and flow. Growth & Education: We invest in your career through ongoing training and continuing education opportunities. What You’ll Do Welcome patients and families and create a positive first impression Answer phones and help schedule appointments efficiently Assist with insurance verification, billing, and payments Keep the front desk organized and running smoothly Communicate clearly with patients, parents, and team members Help maintain a clean, professional, and timely office environment What We’re Looking For We care most about: A positive, team-first attitude Reliability and consistency Strong communication and people skills Comfort working with children and families Dental experience is a plus, but not required. We’re happy to train the right person who brings the right mindset and energy. Familiarity with Open Dental software is helpful, but not required. Our Expectations We’re a supportive and upbeat team—but we also hold ourselves to high standards of professionalism, organization, and patient care. Everyone on our team plays an important role in creating a smooth and positive experience for our patients. How to Apply Please send your resume and a short cover letter to Dr. Cordero-Ricardo. In your cover letter, tell us: Why you enjoy working with children (or why you think you would) What kind of team environment helps you do your best work We’re excited to find someone who truly wants to be part of a positive, long-term team and grow with our practice. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off Ability to Commute: Philadelphia, PA 19130 (Required) Work Location: In person
