We’re a warm, close-knit pediatric dental office looking for a dependable and upbeat team member to join us in a dual role at the front desk and in sterilization. As a small practice, everyone works together—so flexibility and teamwork are key to keeping our days running smoothly for our young patients and their families. What You’ll Do Greet patients and families with a friendly, positive attitude Schedule appointments, answer phones if needed, and assist with check-in/check-out Clean, sterilize, and organize dental instruments (Mostly in the afternoon) Maintain sterilization logs and follow safety protocols Keep supplies stocked and support the clinical team as needed Provide additional sterilization support in the afternoons when patient flow increases What We’re Looking For Strong communication and organizational skills Positive, team-oriented attitude and comfort working with children Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person If you are interested, please call our office at (301)941-7374 and look for Katherine.
