Dental Assistant – Central Mass Dental (Gardner, MA) Full-Time | Modern Digital Practice | CBCT + Intraoral Scanner Job Summary Central Mass Dental is a fast-growing, fully digital general dentistry practice with CBCT, intraoral scanning, 3D treatment planning, and 8 treatment rooms. We are looking for a motivated Dental Assistant who wants to grow clinically and be part of a supportive, high-performing team. In this role, you will provide chairside support, manage patient flow, and help maintain a comfortable, efficient environment for both patients and providers. Duties Assist the dentist during a wide range of procedures: restorative, crown/bridge, extractions, implants, root canals, and emergencies. Prepare treatment rooms, set up trays, and follow strict sterilization and infection control protocols. Take digital radiographs and operate the CBCT (training available if needed). Use the intraoral scanner (iTero/Meditor/3Shape etc.) for digital impressions—training available. Properly chart and document in Eaglesoft . Manage patient flow to keep the day running smoothly. Provide post-op instructions and support excellent patient experience. Assist with implant setups, digital scans, and lab cases (if experienced; training provided). Skills & Qualifications Massachusetts Dental Assistant License (required) Radiology certification (required) Experience with CBCT or willingness to learn Experience with intraoral scanning (preferred but will train) Knowledge of dental terminology and chairside assisting Familiarity with Eaglesoft is a plus (not required) Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, organized, and able to multitask Understanding of OSHA/HIPAA and infection control standards Schedule Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM No weekends Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Paid time off + holiday pay + birthday pay Employee dental benefits / life & vision insurances Training in digital dentistry, implants, and CBCT Growth opportunity in a modern, expanding practice How to Apply Submit your resume through Indeed.
