Orthodontic Clinician (Orthodontic Assistant) – Join Our Team! We are a fast-paced, patient-focused orthodontic practice seeking a motivated and compassionate Orthodontic Clinician to join our team. If you are energetic, detail-oriented, and enjoy creating positive patient experiences, we would love to meet you! Responsibilities: Assist the orthodontist with clinical procedures, including bonding, adjustments, and debonding Take digital scans, X-rays, and patient records Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment areas Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care Ensure patient comfort and provide exceptional customer service Maintain accurate clinical notes and documentation Qualifications: Previous dental or orthodontic assisting experience preferred (training available for the right candidate) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a team environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic X-ray certification (if required by state) What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Benefits package (health insurance, retirement, etc.) Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for growth and continuing education A supportive and fun team environment Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00-5:00, and some Fridays 8:00-12:30 If you are passionate about helping patients achieve confident, healthy smiles, we encourage you to apply!
