Job Overview Greetings, my name is Dr. Chip Kimble. I am growing a new dental office in Ann Arbor/Saline Michigan. We have opened in May 2025 and at the start of our first full year we are looking to add more team members! We are open Tuesday-Thursday 8:30am to 5pm, and Fridays 8:30-3pm, with one Saturday a month, typically the second Saturday of the month. We are excited to hear from you. Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in compliance with infection control standards. Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed. We use a handheld unit, similar to a Nomad. Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient files. Our software is Curve, an intuitive cloud-based software that automates many functions for easy use. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Ensure the dental clinic is organized, clean, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Stay updated on dental terminology, procedures, and industry best practices. Experience Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role is preferred. Knowledge of infection control measures and HIPAA regulations is essential. Familiarity with dental systems, terminology, and assisting techniques is highly desirable. Experience working in Prosthodontics or related fields is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are crucial.
