Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) - Peak Dental Care - Pea Ridge, AR

Peak Dental Care is a single -dentist owned practice located in the heart of Pea Ridge, AR. We are looking for a dental assistant to add on to our growing team. Experience preferred. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team driven environment. Our brand new office space on It'll Do Rd is set to open this late May 2026 . We are growing! We are currently located on N Curtis Ave between the library and water department. Responsibilities Welcome customers in the dental office Prepare customers for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed Sterilize instruments according to regulations Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry Undertake lab tasks as instructed Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked Aid in scheduling appointments process Maintain accurate patient records Skills Proven experience as dental assistant- Prefer someone who has worked in dental office at least one full year, if not must be able to show competency in x ray taking/ setting up room for procedures, etc.. Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods Understanding of health & safety regulations Ability to perform regulated non-surgical tasks like coronal polishing is a plus Good computer skills Excellent communication and people skills Attention to detail Positive attitude/ Team player Well-organized and reliable Quick learner, problem solving skills High school diploma; graduating from dental assistant school is preferred Benefits: 401k matching Employee and immediate family dental care PTO, and holidays Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Paid time off Ability to Relocate: Pea Ridge, AR 72751: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
