Overview: Monarch Dental is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who is passionate about patient care and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Schedule (days/hours): M-F 8am-5pm Responsibilities: Preparing patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures Helping to educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies Improving oral health, solving dental challenges, and bettering smiles every day Qualifications: Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state) Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care Compensation: $17 - $20/hr About: Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (“PTO”), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
