You’ll play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly while helping patients feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they walk in. What You’ll Do Greet patients with a warm, professional, and upbeat attitude Manage appointment scheduling and phone calls Handle patient check-in and check-out Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tasks Support the team in creating a smooth, stress-free patient experience What We’re Looking For Strong communication and people skills A positive attitude and team-first mindset Ability to stay organized and multitask in a busy environment Ideally min 1 year previous dental or medical billing front desk experience.
