What You'll Do Examine patients and diagnose dental conditions across a diverse patient population Perform a full range of procedures including cleanings, fillings, extractions, and oral surgery Interpret X-rays and diagnostic imaging Develop and communicate treatment plans with patients in plain, compassionate language Refer to specialists when appropriate and coordinate care with an integrated clinical team Maintain accurate patient records using dental/EMR software Follow all clinical guidelines, regulations, and infection control standards What We're Looking For DDS or DMD with active California dental license Root canal, third molar extraction, and crown & bridge experience strongly preferred Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, or Vietnamese a plus â our patients reflect the full diversity of the South Bay Strong communicator who connects easily with patients from varied cultural backgrounds Team player who thrives in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary care environment Why Join Us Competitive salary: $158,000â$190,000 Work alongside a dedicated team committed to health equity Serve patients who need you most Pay: $158,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
