We are a general dentistry office hiring a Dental Assistant to join a respectful, no-drama team. We are looking for someone reliable, coachable, and focused on good patient care. Pay: $16 to $25 per hour (based on experience) Schedule (guaranteed): Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM to 1 pm OR 11am - 6 pm Friday to Sunday off What you will do: Chairside assisting for general dentistry procedures Room setup and breakdown, turn-over, and stocking Sterilization and instrument processing following protocols Take radiographs (as allowed/required) Help keep patient flow smooth and patients comfortable Support the dentist and team with daily clinical tasks What we are looking for: Dental assisting experience is preferred, but we will consider the right person with the right attitude Reliable attendance and punctuality Calm, respectful communication with patients and teammates Ability to stay organized in a busy schedule Willingness to learn and follow systems and checklists Our culture : Respectful, professional, and organized ​No drama, no yelling, no toxic environment We value teamwork, accountability, and doing the right thing for patients Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Paid time off Experience: Dental assisting: 1 year (Required) Dentrix: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
