Dental Hygienist – Glow Dental Glow Dental is looking for a licensed Dental Hygienist to join our team in a supported hygiene (assistant hygiene) model . You will be able to focus on patient care and clinical work, while a dedicated assistant helps with room turnover, X-rays, and keeping your schedule running smoothly. Responsibilities Perform thorough dental cleanings including scaling and polishing Complete patient assessments and review medical histories Diagnose and document periodontal conditions Take or review digital radiographs (assistant support provided) Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Maintain accurate charting and clinical notes Follow all infection control and sterilization protocols Qualifications Active Dental Hygienist license Strong clinical and periodontal knowledge Comfortable with digital charting (Dentrix or Eaglesoft preferred) Clear communication and patient education skills Team-oriented, reliable, and patient-focused This role is ideal for a hygienist who wants to work in a high-end, well-equipped environment with a supportive team and a shared goal of delivering thoughtful, patient-centered care.
