Who you are: You are experienced (1+ years in dental front office role) confident discussing insurance and financial arrangements organized and detail-oriented professional and great with communication a calm leader who elevates patient experience able to manage scheduling strategically for productivity kind and warm You understand that the front desk drives retention, efficiency, and overall success Responsibilities Provide a high-level, welcoming patient experience Schedule strategically for optimal production Insurance verification and breakdowns Present treatment estimates clearly and confidently Process payments and manage accounts Maintain organized daily operations Professional and warm phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse patient populations effectively Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Hours Mon: 8-5, Tues: 9-5, Wed 9-5, Thurs 9-6, Fri 9-4 (will be adjusted to 9-3) Clinical days are 4 days out of the week so alternating mon/fri will be solely administrative time.
