Are you detail-oriented, organized, and confident navigating dental insurance? We’re looking for a skilled Insurance Verification Specialist to join our growing, privately owned one-doctor practice and help create a seamless experience for our patients. Position Details: Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Practice Type: Privately owned, single-doctor office Environment: Fast-paced, team-oriented, patient-focused Northeast side of Carmel What You’ll Do: Verify patient insurance benefits accurately and efficiently Break down coverage, frequencies, and limitations Communicate benefits clearly to patients and team members Present treatment plans with clarity and confidence, helping patients understand their options and financial responsibilities Submit and track pre-determinations to insurance companies Coordinate with insurance companies to resolve discrepancies Support front office operations with scheduling and patient flow What We’re Looking For: Strong knowledge of dental insurance Experience with treatment plan presentations and insurance pre-determinations Excellent communication and customer service skills High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-first mindset Dental office experience with verifying insurance is required Eaglesoft and Weave experience a plus Why Join Us: Consistent 4-day work week (hello long weekends!)
