Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Financial Coordination Manage patient scheduling for specialty procedures Insurance verification and breakdowns Collections, A/R, and financial follow-up Treatment presentation and financial coordination Maintain organized and efficient front desk systems Professional phone communication and patient correspondence Marketing & Practice Growth Coordinate and support referral relationships with general dental offices Assist with internal marketing initiatives (patient reviews, follow-up systems, reactivation) Track referral patterns and growth metrics Support social media and online presence management Help coordinate community outreach and professional events Monitor and protect the practice’s online reputation Qualifications Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience (specialty experience preferred) Strong knowledge of insurance processing and accounts receivable Professional demeanor and polished presentation Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong computer proficiency (experience with dental software required) Marketing experience (internal and/or external) strongly preferred Dental assistant cross-training is a plus What We Value Ownership mentality Attention to detail Growth mindset Ability to represent the practice professionally with patients and referring doctors Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $26.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off Retirement plan Application Question(s): Are you within 30 mins of the Flower Mound location?
