Job Title: Experienced Dental hygiene Assistant Location: Carrollton, Texas About Us: We are a patient-focused, fee-for-service dental office located in Carrollton, Texas. Our small, dedicated team is committed to providing high-quality care in a friendly and supportive environment. Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant with a minimum of 1 year of chairside assisting experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and be an excellent team player. This role requires maintaining our high standard of patient care, assisting with various clinical procedures, and ensuring that our equipment is well-maintained. Key Responsibilities: The main role of this position is a hygiene assistant with daily task that include turning over rooms, sterilization, aiding hygienist with sealants, radiographs and Itero scans. Will also be a secondary assistant to the dentist to help with emergencies, chair side procedure, ect. Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays). Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment. Assist with patient management and ensure a comfortable experience. Maintain accurate patient records and manage dental charts. Help with inventory management and ordering supplies. Support the team in maintaining Continuing Education (CE) requirements. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the work environment. Work Schedule: Monday to Wednesday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Thursday: 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM No Fridays Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience.
