Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated Dental Assistant who shares our commitment to excellence in patient care. The ideal candidate will have a desire to learn, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will also have the patient's experience top of mind at all times. Previous experience in a similar setting is preferred, though we welcome recent graduates from accredited programs who demonstrate enthusiasm and dedication to their craft.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and colleagues
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless patient experiences
• Assist doctor chairside on a variety of procedures
• Work with our doctor to maintain inventory
• Work with our doctor to process lab cases efficiently 
• Maintain office and laboratory cleanliness
• Patient outreach initiatives to ensure they have every opportunity to commit to their care
