The Role: Clinical Mentor & Operations Ace As our Clinical Lead , you are the heartbeat of the back office. You aren’t just "supervising"—you are coaching, inspiring, and ensuring every patient leaves with a reason to smile. Your Mission Objectives: Mentor the Squad: Lead by example. You’ll train and develop our dental assistants using workshops and one-on-one coaching to help them reach their full potential. The "Perfect Patient Experience": You’ll ensure every visit is seamless, addressing patient concerns with empathy and championing our dentists' expertise. Operational Excellence: You’ll keep the engine running by managing supply budgets and equipment maintenance, collaborating with the Office Manager to keep us on track. Safety & Tech Integrity: You’ll be the guardian of our sterile environment and the steward of our advanced imaging technology. What You Bring to the Chair The Credentials: High school diploma/GED and a current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license. Advanced Skills: Valid certifications in Pit & Fissure Sealants and Coronal Polishing are required. Tech Savvy: Experience with (or a fast ability to learn) iTero digital scanning and CBCT imaging .
