Our Core Values: Always Growing Be Happy Collaborate Details Matter Patient Experience Comes First Position Details: Job Type: Full-time Schedule: MondayâFriday (with occasional Saturdays) Pay: $24.00 â $30.00 per hour (based on experience) Location: In person What Youâll Do:Clinical Responsibilities: Set up and break down operatories efficiently Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA-compliant sterilization protocols Assist the doctor with restorative, emergency and pediatric procedures Take digital radiographs Take iTero scans and submit cases to labs as needed Help create a fun, calm and positive dental experience for children and families Monitor patient flow to ensure appointments stay on schedule Support hygiene and doctor schedules throughout the day Leadership Responsibilities: Lead and support the clinical team to maintain a positive, productive work environment Serve as liaison between front desk and clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations Assist with training and onboarding new team members Monitor clinical systems, protocols and consistency across operatories Manage supply inventory, ordering and organization of clinical areas Oversee opening and closing clinical duties Ensure compliance with infection control, safety and documentation standards Help resolve day-to-day team challenges professionally and efficiently Coach team members on performance, accountability and patient service expectations Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for growth and improvement What Weâre Looking For: Positive, team-oriented leadership attitude Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented and dependable Excellent communication skills Ability to motivate others and lead by example Passion for working with children Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where teamwork and efficiency are key Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of dental assisting experience Prior leadership or lead assistant experience preferred X-ray certified Current CPR certification Dentrix experience preferred iTero scanner experience a plus Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Employee and family discount Free parking Paid time off Paid holidays Uniform allowance If youâre ready to grow your leadership skills, make a difference and be part of something special, weâd love to hear from you!
